On these beautiful spring days, I decided to work in my little garden. Cut and dig the flower beds, remove old leaves and new weeds, prepare the ground for sowing new plants.
We can, and we should do this spring maintenance in ourselves. Inside ourselves.
Here are three quick tips on how to work in your inner garden right now.
End of excuses, now is the time when you have time. Find it just a few minutes a day and do it. Simply sit down, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Be. Let the thoughts flow, don’t give them any attention. Just be.
At the end of the meditation, take some time for notes. How did you feel during meditation? Were you completely relaxed, or did any discomfort appear? How do you feel after meditation?
Get to know your thoughts
A lot of thoughts run through our heads during the day. Watch what thoughts they are. What do they mean to you? Are they positive, annoying or neutral? How much power do you give them?
These simple exercises will help you on your way to the present and into yourself. You do all the exercises for yourself and your self-development. Take care of them.
